Solebury Township Seeks Proposals for 202 Property Master Plan
Solebury Township invites landscape architectural or park planning teams to submit a response to the Request for Proposals for the master planning of the Route 202 Property located at 6516 Lower York Road, Solebury PA 18963.
Solebury's Board of Supervisors conducted a community survey and appointed an advisory committee comprised of 10 resident volunteers and two Board liaisons to make recommendations for the future use of the Project Area. The Committee met 12 times in 2023 and produced the “Solebury Township 202 Property Advisory Committee Final Report.” The report was accepted by the Board of Supervisors on Jan. 16, 2024, and will be used by the selected design professional to create a master plan that will guide a more detailed design of the Project Area into a park. The completed design will be used to seek funding and plan the development of the Project Area.
The deadline for proposals to be received is 11 a.m. Monday, April 8, 2024.
